Local cheese

Most of the cheese we sell is locally-made.

• From Millbank Cheese:

  • 5-year cheddar

Imported cheese

We also import some of the best cheeses from around the world. Our current selection includes:

• Edam gouda
• Mild and aged gouda (from Uniekaas)
• Harzinger (from Germany)
• Camembert (from Bavaria)
• Bavarian blue cheese (from Denmark)
• Esrom (from Germany)

Organic cheese

Our organic cheese comes from Millbank Cheese. We have:

• Organic swiss
• Organic cheddar
• Organic cheese curds

We can also order organic brie from Harmony Organic.

Goat cheese

Brady’s is proud to carry local goat cheese from Gordon’s Goat Dairy! We have the following types available:

• Gouda
• Havarti (plain or with chives)
• Cheddar (plain, with chillies, mild-with-chillies)
• C-line probiotics (which is made with yoghurt cultures)

Goat cheese tastes very similar to cheese made from cow milk. It has a mild, creamy flavour. The goats at Gordon’s are not fed growth hormones, and the seeds used to plant their feed have not been genetically modified.
