Our chicken has always been naturally-raised, grain-fed, drug-free and well–cared-for. Our most popular chicken products are:

Flat Chickens
Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to Brady’s of course! Try our new semi-boneless “flattened” chickens! We take out all the bones out except the drum and wings — the chicken is left intact with the skin on. Cooking time is really short — we recommend about 45 minutes in a 350˚F (176˚C) oven or barbecuing them with indirect heat for the best flavour. Of course, carving the cooked bird has never been easier!
We sell the flattened chickens plain or marinated. Our most popular marinade is the Thai-licious marinade, which comes in three flavours: mild (which is sweet), medium (which is a little spicy, but not too much) and hot. We usually have other marinades to choose from, such as lime–coconut and Mediterranean (a blend of curry and pepper).
Chicken Breast
Our boneless, skinless chicken breasts arrive fresh every week from Québec. They are grain-fed, air-chilled and drug-free. The chicken is available both plain and seasoned. For no extra charge, we can season the chicken breasts for you with one of our many marinades.
We sometimes order bone–in, skin–on chicken breasts too. Call ahead to make sure we have some!
Chicken Schnitzel
Solid chicken breast prepared the same way as our turkey schnitzel. A must–try! Kids love them.

Texas Chicken
Texas chicken is a seasoned, boneless chicken breast wrapped around pork tenderloin.
Chicken Supremes
A chicken supreme is the breast and wing of a chicken. At Brady’s, we have it available plain or stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese or with mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese.
