We sell most of our veal at our market stall, the Veal Shoppe. Some of our most popular cuts are:

We typically sell our osso bucco frozen. It’s a popular item, so please call ahead to reserve some.

You’ve enjoyed our flattened chickens for the last 5 years — how about trying one of our new flattened Cornish hens! They are available plain or with Mediterranean seasoning. At approximately 1 pound per piece, they are great for 1– or 2–person meals!
