Rob Brady was recently interviewed on episode 11 of the Coffee Matter podcast.
The Coffee Matter podcast is a weekly podcast recorded at the EcoCafe in St. Jacobs, Ontario. The host interviews different people in the St Jacobs and Waterloo Region community.
In this episode, Rob talks a bit about his background, his passion for football/soccer, what makes Brady's Meat & Deli unique, the importance of buying locally, and the products we sell at Brady's; as well as Rob's photography hobby. Musical interludes were provided by D.J. Banana Mello.
Brady's is proud to now carry fresh Bajan Tyga hot sauce from Island Son Hot Sauces; made locally in small batches right here in Kitchener-Waterloo using a traditional family recipe from Barbados!
Bajan Tyga hot sauce is made with fresh mango, Scotch Bonnet peppers, and lime; and features a fresh, fruity, and spicy flavour which pairs perfectly with any barbecued meat or veggies.
Mike Farwell will be hosting a barbecue at Brady's on Saturday, May 26th, 2018 between 11am and 2pm. A $7 donation will get you a PEI Grass-fed burger with coleslaw and drink; or a Wagyu hot dog with coleslaw and drink. All money raised will be donated to Cystic Fibrosis Canada. You can also enter a raffle to win a Broil King barbecue!
Brady's now makes our own boerewors sausage in-store from beef, pork, and traditional spices!
We always carry frozen boerewors from Florence Meats of Oakville.
Boerewors is a style of sausage from South Africa.
Exclusive to Brady's! Wooden barbecue cleaners, handcrafted from Canadian cedar wood by Furtado Farms Cookwood! We will donate $1 from each brush sold before Christmas 2017 to the Foodbank of Waterloo Region.
Safer than wire-bristle BBQ brushes, these lightweight (250 gram), 43.5 centimetre "brushes" are made from a single piece of untreated cedar, and feature a leather tie for convenient storage. They show the Brady's Meat & Deli logo on one side, and the Furtado Farms logo on the other, and are locally made just outside of town in Wellesley, Ontario, Canada.
Brady's will donate $1 from each BBQ brush sold until Christmas 2017 to the Foodbank of Waterloo Region.
