Brady’s has sold cheese just as long as we have sold meat. Since we started selling organic meat, we’ve found that there’s a lot of demand for organic milk and cheese, so we’ve got many more dairy options available for you!

Milk

Organic milk

Brady’s is proud to offer Harmony Organic Milk, fresh every week! We recommend the chocolate milk — it really is delicious. Please call ahead if you would like to be added to our weekly order list. We normally have the following types available:

• 1%
• 2%
• Chocolate (3.8%)

Due to demand, we only sell the following types by-order:

• Skim
• Homogenized (3.8%)
• Unhomogenized Nature’s Whole Milk™ (homogenized means intensive mixing of mutually insoluble substance or groups of substance to obtain a soluble suspension or constant)
• Cream (38%)
• Buttermilk
• Egg nog (only during the Christmas season)

The milk is sold in glass jars, so a small deposit is required: however, you receive a full refund when you return the empties. Bagged milk is also available, by special order.

Local milk

We carry fresh local milk from Hewitt’s Dairy! Due to demand, all Hewitt’s milk is sold by-order. We can get the following types:

• Skim
• 1%
• 2%
• Homogenized
• Chocolate

Ice Cream

We now sell fresh ice cream from the Kawartha Dairy Company! We currently carry 500 mL snack-size containers and 1.5 L buckets.
