“The Naked Butcher” dons his kitchen apron on Thursday, May 5, 2016, 6pm–9pm at Relish Cooking Studio on Regina Street in Waterloo for an in-depth class on pork butchery.
Rob Brady will talk about his sourcing standards and cutting techniques, then we cook up some seasonal dishes that demonstrate why grain-fed, antibiotic/hormone-free LiberTerre pork is so superior.
A full meal is included and there will be a prize for one lucky winner.
