How to cook our bison ribeyes.
On the barbecue
- Coat meat lightly with a little oil. Add sea salt and black pepper if you wish.
- Sear on high heat for 1 minute per side.
- Grill the bison ribeye(s) for 4—5 minutes per side on medium heat. Be careful not to overcook them!
Be very careful not to overcook. Bison is so lean that it will dry-out and become tough if you overcook it.
Most people can eat one bison ribeye.
