Ingredients
1 brady's flattened chicken (marinated or plain)
Instructions

Barbecue:

  1. Sear each side on high heat for 2 minutes per side
  2. Set one burner to medium and turn off the other burner
  3. Set the flattened chicken over the burner that has been turned off
  4. Cook for 10—15 minutes per side
  5. Let the meat rest for 2—3 minutes before serving

Oven:

  1. Pan-sear the chicken for 2 minutes per side
  2. Place chicken in a glass baking dish, or on a cookie sheet (with foil for easy clean-up)
  3. Place in a pre-heated oven at 350˚F (175˚C) for 25—30 minutes
  4. Let the meat rest for 2—3 minutes before serving
Notes

Note that the deboned chicken can be a bit delicate, so use caution when turning it; we suggest using a good set of BBQ tongs to grab the ends of the drumsticks together and turn that way.

One flattened chicken can feed 4 people.
