We are delivering 800lbs of Yukon gold potatoes to the Food Bank of Waterloo Region: all money was from the sale of Firehouse Chef Cookbooks in the month of December 2016.

New at Brady's! Eby Manor Guernsey yogurt, from just north of Waterloo Ontario, between Conestogo and St. Jacobs.
Guernseys are medium-sized dairy cows which naturally produce milk with more milk solids and beta carotene than other dairy cows, giving the milk a distinctive golden colour. Eby Manor guernseys are treated well, allowed to graze outside, and are fed a mixture of non-genetically-modified hay, corn silage (whole corn plant, chopped), grain corn, and soybean meal.
This holiday season, Bradys staff and customers raised $6660 for feedfive, a local not-for-profit organization that sells t-shirts and aprons, and uses the profits to purchase the ingredients needed to cook five meals for five hungry people in the Waterloo Region's homeless shelters!
We raised enough money to provide 1148 meals!

Hi Rob,
Just spotted your pic in the Grand magazine. What a hunk! I mean the hunk of beef on your shoulder.
It has been 5 years since a natural health practitioner referred us to your butcher shop for hormone-free meats. There is definitely a difference in the taste and quality of your meat products.
Your shop and staff are truly a hidden gem in Waterloo. Besides the selective products you choose to carry, you and your staff make customers feel so welcome in your store. I always leave with a smile.
We really appreciate what you offer to this community. Thank you.
Hi Rob,
The custom burgers you prepared for my party were a huge success. Thank you for the great service and the tasty burgers.
I'm looking forward to your special Baseball Steaks.
Thank you Rob!

“The Naked Butcher” dons his kitchen apron on Thursday, May 5, 2016, 6pm–9pm at Relish Cooking Studio on Regina Street in Waterloo for an in-depth class on pork butchery.
Rob Brady will talk about his sourcing standards and cutting techniques, then we cook up some seasonal dishes that demonstrate why grain-fed, antibiotic/hormone-free pork is so superior.
A full meal is included and there will be a prize for one lucky winner.
Read more and register on the Relish Cooking Studio website. Registration is $80 per person.
