We buy our whole turkeys from Scotch Line Turkey Company in Elmira Ontario. Scotch Line is a family-owned and operated turkey farm which specializes in fresh, natural, drug-free turkeys that have been well-cared-for.

Sausage

We carry turkey sausage in the following flavours:

• Breakfast maple,
• Honey-garlic,
• Original (unseasoned), and,
• Sweet Italian.

Turducken

Turducken is a turkey, stuffed with a duck, stuffed with chicken. We usually debone all three birds and tie them together for a great presentation with less mess. Please pre-order these so we have time to prepare them.

Looking for a smaller alternative to a whole turkey? Try a turkey roll: a deboned whole or half turkey! Please pre-order these so we have time to prepare them.

Whole Turkey

People come from miles around year after year to purchase our fresh, drug-free turkeys! We only buy a limited number from our farmer, so you must pre-order them! Most people pick up their turkeys the two days before Easter, Thanksgiving (both Canadian and American), and Christmas.
